ITS experts will speak through a Plenary Session and Technical Sessions. All modes of transport will be included. Presentations in all sessions and all received articles will be reviewed. Accepted articles will be published in the Symposium’s Proceedings with ISBN. To contribute please forward a short abstract of your paper in an electronic format to the Programme Committee via www.isep.si application form.
A complete paper should be submitted using the MS Word template.

REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for the Symposium with VAT included is 50 EUR. Only the first author is requested to pay the registration fee in the case of co-authors. The fee includes the organisation costs of ISEP, a copy of the Proceedings, and the guarantee that one of the authors will attend the symposium. Additional Symposium Proceedings is 50 EUR.
Registration is considered final if not canceled one week before the beginning of the Symposium.

PROGRAM CHANGES
It is sometimes necessary to change the program. The symposium organizers will be liable for any unavoidable program changes.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Symposium is English. Abstracts should be prepared in English, but papers may be prepared in English or in Slovenian language (Povzetki morajo biti pripravljeni v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku, besedilo prispevka pa je lahko v slovenščini).
