ITS experts will speak through a Plenary Session and Technical Sessions. All modes of transport will be included. Presentations in all sessions and all received articles will be reviewed. Accepted articles will be published in the Symposium’s Proceedings with an ISBN. To contribute, please forward a short abstract of your paper in an electronic format to the Programme Committee via the www.isep.si application form.
A complete paper should be submitted using the MS Word template.

ISEP 2026 will take place in Portorož. Please register yourself to be informed about it.
REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee for the Symposium, including VAT, is 50 EUR. Only the first author is requested to pay the registration fee in the case of co-authors. The fee includes ISEP’s organisational costs, a copy of the Proceedings, and a guarantee that one of the authors will attend the symposium. Additional Symposium Proceedings are 50 EUR.
Registration is considered final if not canceled at least one week before the start of the Symposium.

You are welcome to serve as a delegate at the 17th Slovenian Congress on Transport and Transport Infrastructure, which includes ISEP 2026. The Symposium documentation will be available upon proof of payment of the registration fee via the ISEP2026 e-Library.
PROGRAM CHANGES
It is sometimes necessary to change the program. The symposium organizers will be liable for any unavoidable program changes.
LANGUAGE
The official language of the Symposium is English. Abstracts should be prepared in English, but papers may be prepared in English or in Slovenian language (Povzetki morajo biti pripravljeni v slovenskem in angleškem jeziku, besedilo prispevka pa je lahko v slovenščini).

CAR PARKING?
You can park your (rented or for sharing or car-pool) vehicle close to your final destination in Portorož and Piran. There is a well-maintained, safe parking lot near the major tourist attractions and points of interest.
Choosing sustainable transportation options or group transportation can significantly reduce the environmental impact of attending events. Here are some eco-friendly transportation options: Public Transportation, Carpooling, Bicycling, Walking, Shuttle Services, Electric Vehicles (EVs), Ridesharing Apps with Electric or Hybrid Options, and CollectiveTransportation Services.
